• Full design & build package, including, VRV Plus system, 3 pipe system, providing heating & cooling to office areas. Bespoke cooling to IT Hub room. Air conditioning to Ground floor auditorium.
• General office supply & extract systems, toilet extract system, Auditorium supply & extract systems.
• Small power installation within raised access floor. General power to all other areas. Switch room installation.
• General lighting & fire alarm systems within office areas, stairways, toilets & reception area. External lighting scheme.
• Generator & UPS installation.
• Public health, above ground drainage, domestic water services & rainwater installation.
